At European Performance & Repair (EPR), we stand behind our work with a 24 Month / 24,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty on qualifying repairs.
 
This warranty gives you peace of mind whether you're driving locally or traveling across the country.

What’s Covered

·        Most repairs and services performed at EPR

·        Parts and labor associated with the original repair

·        Coverage for defects in materials or workmanship

·        Valid at participating repair facilities nationwide

Warranty Term

·        24 Months or 24,000 Miles

·        Coverage begins on the date of the original repair

·        Whichever occurs first (time or mileage)

Nationwide Coverage

·        Your repair may be honored at a participating nationwide repair facility

·        Assistance is available to help locate a qualified shop

·        Coverage applies throughout the United States and Canada

If You Need Warranty Service

·        Contact EPR first whenever possible

·        If you are out of the area, call the warranty assistance number provided on your invoice

·        Follow the claim instructions before authorizing repairs

·        Unauthorized repairs may not be covered

What Is Not Covered

·        Routine maintenance services (oil changes, filters, etc.)

·        Wear items (brake pads, wiper blades, bulbs, etc.)

·        Pre-existing conditions or unrelated failures

·        Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or environmental conditions

·        Repairs performed by non-participating facilities without authorization

·        Loss of vehicle use, towing, storage, or incidental expenses unless specifically approved

Customer Responsibilities

·        Follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules

·        Retain your repair invoice

·        Address issues promptly to prevent further damage

·        Obtain authorization before repairs are performed under warranty

Limitations

·        Warranty applies only to the original repair performed

·        Coverage is limited to the original invoice amount

·        Additional damage caused by continued operation after a failure may not be covered

Important Notes

·        This is a nationwide warranty program administered through a third-party provider

·        EPR participates in this program to extend coverage beyond our local area

·        Final claim approval is subject to the program’s terms and conditions
